Skyline Hotel wifi CASE STUDY
The Challenge
Skyline Hotel, a prominent establishment in Luton, faced increasing guest complaints regarding unreliable Wi-Fi connectivity and slow speeds. Recognising the importance of seamless digital experiences for both guests and staff, the hotel sought a comprehensive upgrade to its IT infrastructure. The existing system was insufficient to meet the demands of modern hospitality services.
The Solution
Upon consultation with the hotel's maintenance manager, our team identified several critical issues beyond the Wi-Fi service. To address these, we implemented a full-scale IT infrastructure overhaul:

These upgrades were executed with careful consideration of budget constraints, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
